I grew up in Queens, New York. Home of the most diverse county in the world. As a proud first-generation Latina, I am constantly inspired and motivated by those who surround me. Queens’ diversity inspired me to learn more about culture, people’s stories and encouraged me to travel. I studied Media, Culture, and Communications at NYU with a focus on Global Media and Social Processes and Activism.
Storytelling is the oldest form of communication. It is how we learn, connect, and grow. I am an advocate for vulnerability, mentorship, mental health, and believe in a more inclusive and equitable future. I share stories because I believe in their power to shape our social, emotional, and physical spheres. I like cultivating stories that appear to our senses and can be expressed across different mediums. When I am not working on a project, I enjoy being a flaneuse, taking pictures, dressing up (or not), eating all sorts of food, dancing, and creating moments with family and friends. I love meeting and connecting with people; please don’t be shy and reach out if there’s any way I can be of help or if you’re interested in any of my work or feel like chatting!
Con mucho cariño,
